Moist and delicious seekh kebabs packed with flavors, the easiest fancy party snack you could have a part of your menu.

Tips
You can replace the satay sticks with steel seekh rods.
It can be cooked on a grilling rack, oven or BBQ.
Green chutney or garlic and chilli chutney can be accompanied along with the seekh.
Paratha, khamiri roti, or any flat bread of your choice can be served along.
Ingredients
500 gms chicken mince
Salt to taste
½ tsp green chilli paste
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
2 green chillies chopped
1 big Chopped onion
Chopped coriander and mint
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Chopped spring onion greens
Onion for garnish if needed
1 no egg
2 tbsp milk
2 slices Bread
1 tbsp butter
Oil for frying
Preparation
Add all the ingredients (except coriander and spring onion greens) in a food processor, blend them together into a fine mixture.
Make sure there are no chunks or onions or chillies.
Refrigerate it for 20 mins.
Divide into 10 small portions and make long seekh like rolls.
Shallow fry them with brushing oil over them.
It will take 5 to 6 mins max to cook.
Watch for the oil that will ooze out of the seekh.
