It's Christmas season and how can it be complete without a spiced B&B pudding.
It's a classic that will go out of the trend.

Ready in: 50 minutes
Makes: 6 serving
Tips
The bread in the recipe can be replaced with any trimming of cakes or different breads that you have.
Butter can be of your choice for example almond butter, hazelnut butter, etc.
Sweetness can be reduced or increased, I love my spice pudding to be a little low on sugar.
Ingredients
4 to 6 slices of bread
75 GM's sugar
2 no eggs
250gms milk
1 pinch salt
½tsp cinnamon powder
⅓tsp nutmeg powder
1 pinch clove powder
2tbsp Butter + for greasing
Vanilla ice cream to serve.
Preparation
Grease a muffin mould or any mould of your choice, with butter. Preheat the oven at 180c.
Apply butter on both sides of the bread and break it roughly, place it in the greased mould.
In a large mixing bowl mix together eggs, sugar, spices and milk.
Pour it over the bread and let it sit for 5 mins.
Place the mould in the oven and pour 2 glasses of water to bake in a water bath.
Bake for 30/35 mins until it feels firm.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
