Brownie

Brownie is something that satisfies the guilty pleasure for most of us!! This is a super easy recipe, that's really quick to make and also can be made in a microwave.

Ready in:30 minutes

Makes: 10 serving



Tips

Variations to be base by adding chocolate chunks or topping up with a ganache is your choice.

Warm brownies with vanilla ice cream is my trade over this!!!!

Baking time can be increased as per your like of doneness.i like mine to be gooey and soft. But don't exceed the time for more than 7 mins of extra cooking.

I don't want you guys to end up with burnt brownies.

It also can be baked in a microwave. Grease a mold or cup and dust with cocoa powder, microwave it for 2 minutes until forms a crust.(If you wish to cook it completely bake for another minute or more)

They can be stocked for upto 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

It's better when you reheat it and serve warm.

You can choose the chocolate of your choice.





Ingredients


  • 300 gms dark chocolate

  • 100 gms flour

  • 30 gms curd

  • 100 gms butter

  • 100 gms sugar

  • 75 gms cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven @180c and grease the mould with butter and flour.

  2. On a double boiler melt chocolate with butter until well combined.

  3. Get it off the flame and add curd. Mix well

  4. Add sugar and mix well.

  5. Sieve flour cocoa powder and salt in the melted chocolate.

  6. Mix everything well and pour in the baking mould.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins.

  8. Once completely baked, transfer to a cooling rack.

  9. Let it completely cool before you demould the brownie to avoid breakage.

  10. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
